I honestly can’t thank Rosy from Dezrez Mortgages Ltd.enough for all her help.

After being messed around by another mortgage adviser and feeling like I was getting nowhere, I came across Rosy company Dezrez Mortgages Ltd. on TikTok and decided to get in touch. It was one of the best decisions I made during my house buying journey.

We had our first conversation on Tuesday, and by Friday I had my mortgage offer. I genuinely couldn’t believe how quickly she got everything sorted.

As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions and was quite nervous about the process, but Rosy explained everything clearly and kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always quick to respond when I needed advice or reassurance.

Derez Mortgages are fantastic! I mainly dealt with Rosy and Simran who are brilliant at what they do. I was told by numerous other advisors it was not possible for me to borrow the amount I needed, yet Rosy and Simran got me a decision in principal for the mortgage I needed!
